Mr. Y.L. contacted us to provide an estimate for an office cleanout. His company was downsizing and he wanted some office cubicles and desks removed before the end of the lease.

Office space needed to be emptied. When we met Mr. Y.L. he walked us through the office and explained which items he wanted us to remove. There were three shared spaces, three offices, the kitchen and the reception area. After we estimated the time needed to disassemble the cubicles, we presented the estimate; he at this point was just getting quotes from several companies.

Few days later he contacted us to schedule the job and he let us know that we have 10 days to finish. No problem, we said. Took us 3 days and several trucks to empty the space. We called Mr. Y.L. to set time for the post-job inspection; he was very happy with the outcome.

We underestimated the job, however, we did not change the price we quoted; that is the peace of mind we offer to our customers: no matter what, you won't pay more than we estimated on site.

Pam wanted to clean out her long term storage unit rental. She had few items there but was time to give the items a second life.

She contacted us and we booked her two weeks out (her request). The day of the appointment, we arrived and provide our free estimate which she agreed with and provided the authorization so we can start removing the items from the storage unit.

It was a simple job (this was a small storage unit) however we found some donatable items that we set aside.

After we finish the job, we headed to her home where we picked up some pieces of furniture too. We consolidated both jobs into one since the distance between the storage unit and her home was around 1.2 miles which helped her to get a much better price.

We donated the items and sent the donation receipts to her (and we diverted some usable items from the landfill)

When we arrived, she already had everything set outside which facilitated the assessment and estimate process. Once she approved the estimate, the crew proceeded to load all the items into our truck. This job took a little more than half truck and she was happy with the end result.

Steve as looking to upgrade his patio and an old hot tub must go. He contacted us to get an estimate on the removal and when we arrived, we explained the removal process and how we price the job.

He agreed with the price and after getting the approval we proceeded with the removal. Old hot tubs cannot be reused so we removed the pumps and cut this one in 4 pieces. After moving the pieces into our truck, we cleaned the area from debris (we offer to pressure wash the area but he did not have the equipment) and now his patio is ready for the next step.

Patricia wanted to put her house for sale and needed some help to remove some items from the house and the garage.

Inside the house, not too many items to remove but the garage was full and they had a small division inside.

We start sorting the items inside the garage identifying the items that could be donated or recycled and start loading the truck with the items and garbage that we have to dump.

Once we emptied the garage, the team proceeded to remove the division was inside the garage to leave a clean and open garage.

When we finished, they were happy with the view; and now cars can be parked inside!

Will called us for help to remove some items from his front and back yard. He is planning to move soon and he is working hard to have his house ready for sale. He is doing a great job organizing and sorting the items he wants to keep but needs help to remove some items from his property.

When we arrived, he pointed to the items to be removed and once the removal estimate was approved, we loaded the items into our truck. We could donate some of the items we picked and a few days later we sent the donation receipt to him.

Received a call from a customer in Beaverton, Or who wanted some items removed from her house. Based on the description we estimated 1/2 truck and scheduled the service. When we arrived, she asked for a quote to clean out the garage. She and her husband were moving to a new house and need to remove the items they did not want to move to the new property.

We adjusted the original estimate to 2 trucks and we scheduled the second truck for the following day. On the first day, we set aside the items that could be donated or recycled so that truck would be only trash.

We arrived at the job location early morning for the second truck and we saw the garage almost full again. She worked the whole afternoon sorting more items and adding additional items in the garage for us to be hauled and disposed of. Flexibility is our middle name so we proceed to move around some jobs to have enough time to finish and proceeded to perform the job.

At the end of the day, our customer had an empty garage and a big smile on her face.
